Our Program
Brea's House of Arts is life enrichment day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide a daily curriculum designed to give real world meaning and purpose to our participants. Each week has a theme, those themes are put together based on the needs and interests of our participants to include but not limited to: Art in multimedium, Culinary Arts using adaptive items like an air fryer, Social Awareness utilizing social platforms, Relationship building and coaching with conflict and resolution strategies, Community inclusion with many opportunities to access recreational adventures, Fitness classes in Yoga, and Volunteering opportunities with community partners.
Additionally, we have partnered with Dreams Fulfilled through music that offers music classes in Piano, Accordion and Bells utilizing the Colorsoundation method with recitals to showcase progress.

Since my daughter Sabrina started attending BHA, her attitude towards others and myself has dramatically changed. She Loves Arts, and has matured so much. She is so much more Happier and Loving a very Kind Young Lady. I am so grateful to BHA for all they do for these Passionate, Dedicated, Eager, Young, Lovable Adults. They are Triving at BHA's.

As the San Antonio area leader for Cookies For A Cop I needed a location to package 3,500 cookies for local area First Responders. Without hesitation, Beach House Arts opened their doors on a Saturday and let us use their facility. The facility was spacious, clean and very inviting. I can see why the students there are always smiling and having such fun while learning new arts. As a result of using their facilities the volunteers from the cookies event helped spread awareness and information about this wonderful school. I am always impressed with the students talents and their warm personalities whenever I see them in person. I have bought several art pieces from them and proudly tell anyone who asks where I purchased them. I also help support Beach House Arts whenever and wherever I can. LOVE THEM!!
